Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vbc 440 VBC 440 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Industrial-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unimount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Drives such as the TTR29533104A401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UP54106268 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UTTE by Manufacturer Unimount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand TCF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as TS4144N12E36 equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available U718BNT032EL2Z made by Sanyo as well as the popular USAFED05C22 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USAFED09CS1 by Yaskawa and TS4144N12E36 spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USASGM03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
